This artwork was inspired by a breathtaking scene I captured one evening at the schoolyard. The sky was a mesmerizing blend of purples, reds, and soft blues, creating an almost dreamlike atmosphere. At the heart of this painting stands the grand tree—silent yet ever-present. It has witnessed generations of students at Changhua Girls’ Senior High School laughing, running, and growing. More than just a part of the landscape, this tree is woven into our memories, standing as a guardian of our youth. The echoes of our footsteps and laughter under the twilight sky will forever remain in our hearts.
